Motoplex St-eustache

The salesperson name Dayle, was the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. He was so focused on taking advantage of us, because we were making a blind purchase. We weren’t happy with vehicle and asked to upgrade. Dayle put no effort into making us happy, or discussing the issues with me , instead he ghosted me. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that I don’t care for. Dayle is a bad ethics salesperson! Carolanne was great, I wish she was the salesperson. Don’t deal with Dayle Daraiche!!! He told me a vehicle that has 4 miles on it is considered not new.

Can't say enough good about the experience I have had here. Dayle (Daraiche) in sales from the very first contact was a positive and helpful and knowledgeable. Moreover, he was genuinely enthusiastic when I came to pick up the bike and has been constantly available to help with any issues and advice. That's what I call excellent service. Francis (Nadon) is the finance guy with the expertise and drive that got me not only a new bike but one that worked out cheaper than the old one. He. too, was very keen to make sure everything worked out well and excited to make it happen. I even got a birthday present when I went in to pick up the bike! Thanks guys for all you did. This is not the last time I'll be heading to Motoplex in St-Eustache. Top marks!

I recently purchased a competition blue, 2022 Campagna T-Rex RR from their St-Eustache location. My salesman, Chaya was very helpful and courteous. I then spoke with Julien, sales manager, who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had regarding the T-Rex. The financing was done by Francis who made sure I clearly understood the whole process and was very detailed and passionate about his job. I highly recommend that if your looking for any product that they offer that you reach for them specifically. They went above and beyond to accommodate me with the day and time of the delivery. They arrange for my vehicle to be available and ready the next day for pick up. I arrived earlier than expected, coming from NB and was welcomed like family. Chaya and Julien showed me the T-Rex and went over all the specs. I then met with Francis, in charge of financing who was able to meet me 1 hour before scheduled and signed all the required documents. The whole process didn’t even take 1 hour and I was on my way back to NB. Excellent job by the whole team, I was super impressed by their services and courtesy that I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them once again for any future purchases. Thank you so much guys for making this purchase one of the easiest and friendliest that we ever had. 🙏.

Just bought my first motorcycle here and I was pleased with the service, especially from Isabelle and Marie-Caude at finances. They took the time to break down the options and payment plans to satisfy my needs and budget. I was lucky to find a 2019 demo model of the bike I wanted for 1200$ less expensive than my local shop and way under MSRP. They are far from Vaudreuil but worth the drive when you shop for prices. That money was put towards a 1000$ in store credit for my gear so it's a win-win for me. I was a bit sad that the sales person didn't spend more time with me, he seemed really cool. The agreement was done over the phone and I really wanted to save that demo price so he made sure to save it ASAP. Plus I went to sign the papers late in the evening so it didn't give us much time to chat. Hopefully we will connect more when I go to pick it up. Looking forward to ride my new Z650 this spring! I had an excellent experience at Motoplex. My Sales Rep Serge made my experience seamless. He was available anytime I needed him with answers to all my questions. Julien the Sales Manager was extremely professional and put my mind at ease as I was an out of Province customer. If you are in the market for any type of recreational vehicle no matter where you live, I would strongly recommend you call Serge right away.
